Orthopedic Services

The team of professionals at Kingston Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation remain focused on high quality comprehensive orthopedic services to persons of all ages.

Orthopaedics therapy programs are designed with personalized goals in mind to return each patient safely and quickly back to their specific occupational/recreational activity. In addition to rehabilitation, we emphasize prevention and patient education to improve long-term patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.

During the evaluation the therapists examines the patients medical history, tests and measures the patient’s strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, posture, muscle performance, and motor function. Next, working with the patient’s physician, the therapists develop the treatment plan.

The treatment often includes exercises for the patient to improve their strength, flexibility, and endurance. The goal is always to improve function for recreational, work and home activities.

Therapists evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions.
